Our Company
Formed by Fred Johnson in 1948, the company initially focused on providing service & parts for oil burner furnaces. In 1964, Henry Kissler, father of current president Doug Kissler, purchased the business & expanded it by adding residential heating & ventilation products for new construction. When Doug Kissler bought the business in 1987, he saw tremendous commercial opportunity & shifted the emphasis of the company to pursue this potential industry, changing the company name to Johnson Air Products.Johnson Air supplies mechanical & residential contractors, engineers, & architects in Oregon & Southwest Washington with a large variety of quality HVAC products including commercial exhaust fans, industrial ventilation systems & residential equipment.
Our Facilities
We have offices conveniently located in Portland, Springfield, and Medford, Oregon. Our newest location in Ridgefield, Washington gives us a combined 130,000 square feet with over 3,500 stocked products. Our corporate facility in Portland houses over sixty employees in our Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Plan & Spec, & Warehouse departments.Our Promise
