In 1964, Henry Kissler, father of current president Doug Kissler, purchased the business and expanded it by adding residential heating and ventilation products for new construction. When Doug Kissler bought the business in 1987, he saw tremendous commercial opportunity and shifted the emphasis of the company to pursue this potential industry, changing the company name to Johnson Air Products. Today the company is diverse, being a wholesaler of a vast number of products and a manufacturer’s representative for key product lines.
